The Account Manager will operate as the lead on assigned accounts. The primary focus of this role is to manage relationships with clients by fostering positive working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee customer account management, which includes providing updates and meeting regularly with clients.
Manage the client’s TikTok Shop seller central account.
Address client issues, respond to questions, and attend meetings as necessary.
Handle the healthy operation of the client's TikTok Shop, including:
- Managing account suspensions and handling violation points.
- Approving affiliate sample requests.
- Reaching out to affiliates.
- Setting up and managing ads manager, among other responsibilities.

Requirements:

Fluency in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Past experience working in eCommerce.
Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Previous experience in TikTok Shop strongly preferred.
A fast, stable internet connection capable of handling live meetings with video and screen sharing.

Has several examples of going above and beyond to meet client expectations.
