Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports by compiling and analyzing financial information.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and budgeting tools to monitor account transactions and maintain accurate records.
Support the senior accounts management team in developing budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and offer insights that aid in decision-making processes.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during evaluations.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in account management and financial analysis.
