We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to join our team as an Order Taker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders in Spanish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and take orders in Spanish.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
Ensure that all orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or order taking is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using order management systems or similar software is an advantage.
A positive and professional attitude.
