We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and inspire our design team. This role requires a creative visionary with expertise in 3D icon creation and animated Figma prototypes to drive visually impactful and user-centric digital designs. Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

Lead the design team with a cohesive, innovative vision that aligns with project goals and business objectives across global branches.
Collaborate with teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive, visually compelling user experiences.

UI/UX Design and Prototyping

Oversee and participate in the design process from concept to completion, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Create high-fidelity prototypes (focusing on animated Figma prototypes) and 3D icons to enhance user engagement.

Technical Collaboration

Work with developers to ensure designs are functional, scalable, and responsive on all devices.
Follow UX and development guidelines for consistent, user-friendly interfaces.

Team Mentorship and Development

Guide and support junior designers, building a collaborative and high-performing design team.
Conduct design reviews, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with clients to align design concepts with their vision and incorporate feedback effectively.
Ensure that design strategies align with client goals and objectives.

Innovation and Trend Analysis

Stay updated on design trends and best practices, fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team.
Introduce new design ideas that maintain our competitive edge.

Project Management

Coordinate with project managers to define deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring quality in all deliverables.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and advanced UI/UX techniques.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and expertise in 3D icon creation and animated Figma prototypes.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and communication skills, with the capability to present and defend design concepts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
