We’re looking for adaptable, detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable working with global teams.
Potential Responsibilities May Include:
Bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
Bank reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
Financial statement preparation
Payroll processing
Invoicing and billing support
Tax preparation assistance
Data entry and financial reporting
Use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or NetSuite
Requirements:
A graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ year of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping
Proficient in Excel and familiar with one or more accounting tools
Excellent communication and written English skills
Comfortable working night shifts (USA Time Zone)
A fast learner with strong attention to detail
Prior remote work experience is a plus
