We are seeking a highly communicative and fluent English speaker for our USA-based project. Candidates must have experience in the packaging industry.
- Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
- Generating sales inquiries through inbound calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
- Ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally while working under the supervision of the Sales Manager and Project Manager to maximize conversions.
- Assessing customer needs and collaborating with the estimation team to provide timely and accurate price quotations.
- Conducting periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other relevant files.
- Coordinating with the design team to implement artwork changes requested by customers.
- Working closely with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
NOTE:
- Job timing is 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM with Saturday and Sunday off.
- Candidates must have fluency in spoken and written English.
- The mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of US-based packaging industry experience.
