We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. This role involves managing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources and inputting information into different forms and websites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Maintain and update data in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and manage reports, charts, and dashboards using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enter data into various forms and websites, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and provide insights based on analysis.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Develop and document data analysis processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data entry and management across various platforms and websites.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
