We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-based marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role is critical in driving measurable results, enhancing customer acquisition, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The Performance Marketing Specialist must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to enhance landing page effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports to track progress against KPIs.
Affiliate and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with affiliates and partners to expand reach and drive traffic to campaigns.
Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for various campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting, managing multiple clients and at least 15 campaigns per month.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
