We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and success! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by attracting new businesses and valuable projects to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of Digital Marketing. Manage Social Media Platforms and create engaing content to boost brand presence.
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, follow up effectively, and maintain a well-organized lead database.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with product information and addressing their concerns.
- Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and suggest strategies for business growth.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Customer Support: Assist clients in the onboarding process and provide after-sales support when needed.
Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing).or Equivalent Qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead management .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with team meet sales targets.
- A confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
