Assistant Manager - HR

The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, HR compliance, and day-to-day administrative support. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and manage HRMS systems.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate training & development activities and track progress.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and goal setting.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
