We are looking for a dedicated and proactive female Business Coordinator & Sales Support to join our team in Lahore. This role involves handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, closing sales via WhatsApp and voice messages, and overseeing business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inquiries on WhatsApp and email, schedule meetings, and close sales when possible.
- Send marketing promotions via WhatsApp and email to different customer databases.
- Manage and track tasks, projects, and deadlines assigned by the management.
- Oversee team activities, follow up on task completion, and report any challenges.
- Maintain records of customer communications and provide regular updates.
- Assist in administrative tasks and ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong WhatsApp & email handling skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with good follow-up ability.
- Basic understanding of sales & client management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets.
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
