We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our growing firm. This role requires handling multiple clients, managing a team, and independently closing accounts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle accounting from bookkeeping to account finalization.
Manage and coordinate with clients independently; work based on task instructions only.
Oversee and lead a team of accountants, ensuring smooth operations.
Handle multi-client accounts efficiently with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in QuickBooks & Zoho for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Ensure timely completion of accounts, tax filings, and reconciliations.
Adapt to overtime and late sittings as required by the company’s growth needs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in multi-client accounting & bookkeeping.
Expert in QuickBooks & Zoho, with strong financial analysis skills.
Excellent coordination & communication skills to manage clients and the team.
Ability to work independently and ensure accounts are completed accurately.
Must be highly dedicated with a strong work ethic to manage workload and deadlines.
