We are hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman (Electrical) with strong expertise in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of shop drawings, risers, and control schematics. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in electrical drafting, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify electrical shop drawings, risers, and control schematics using AutoCAD.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for accurate drafting.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for drawings.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Assist in technical documentation and project planning.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical drafting techniques and AutoCAD advancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman Electrical.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, shop drawings, risers, and control schematics.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and drafting principles.
- Understanding of technical standards, codes, and electrical regulations.
- Ability to interpret and develop detailed technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Electric drafting.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and electrical layouts.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.
