Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy:
  • Plan, create, and implement targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to attract new business clients
  • Manage the full email lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and execution through to analysis
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant communication
  • Content Creation & Design:
  • Write compelling and engaging email copy with clear calls to action
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
  • Ensure content is optimized for conversion and meets the needs of various stages in the customer journey
  • Automation & Drip Campaigns:
  • Set up and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive sales
  • Use marketing automation tools to design and deploy drip campaigns that target various business segments
  • Continuously optimize email automation sequences to improve open rates and lead conversion
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement
  • Compliance & Data Management:
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations
  • Manage and maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation
  • Monitor email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filtering and blacklists
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, proven skills and track record working in US related Businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale email marketing campaigns targeting businesses
  • Hands on experience in email marketing tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Million Verifier etc.)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling, and action-driven email content
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing email performance metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and list management
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
