We seek a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our cut flowers. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for cut flowers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Oversee content creation and promotional materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in agriculture/floral industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
