Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer support for AT&T and Spectrum campaigns.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills are a must.
  • Fresh candidates with an O & A Level background are preferred.
  • Previous experience in same campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent accent and pronunciation skills.
  • Ability to work in a US-based center with two shifts: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am and 9:00 pm - 6:00 am.
