We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team in Karachi. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Promote company products/services and engage customers effectively.
- Meet daily and weekly targets set by the management.
- Record customer information and maintain accurate call logs.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills in basic English.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- No prior experience is required – freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills for call logging.
