IT Lead

Join our dynamic team at Aptech Learning Center Shahrah e Faisal, a leading institution dedicated to delivering top-notch education and training in the IT sector. We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to oversee our IT operations and Manage the team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient operations and project execution.
Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices across the organization.
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems.
Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions.
Good command of Cisco Server, Routers & Switches

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams.
Proficiency in network and server management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are highly desirable.
