- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance) function smoothly.
- Responsible for managing the cleanliness of Rooms on a daily basis.
- Responsible to arranging of Mess of staff on a timely.
- Responsible to arranging of Laundry of staff properly.
- Oversee daily hotel operations Manage staff schedules.
- Maintain discipline by enforcing hotel rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of hotel premises, coordinate repairs, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Handle Staff complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Any other assignment given by the Top Management.
