We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Home Appliances Division sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets for the Home Appliances Division in the assigned area.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and end-users.
5. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Home Appliances Division products, including features, benefits, and applications.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Regional Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances industry.
3. Proven sales track record: Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to achieve sales targets and drive sales growth.
