Accounts Officer

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and audits. The role ensures the financial integrity and accuracy of the company’s records, contributing to overall financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Prepare and process journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Monitor company expenses and ensure they align with financial policies.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Liaise with auditors and provide supporting documentation for audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting needs.
Support in payroll processing and statutory deductions (taxes, provident fund, etc.).
