Sales Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join the Art Vision Outdoor Advertiser team. As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company`s sales goals.You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and improving your team`s sales performance.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Supervise and motivate sales teams, provide training and guidance.

Manage customer relationships to ensure that customer needs are met.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to the company.

Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics, and assist in formulating the company`s overall development plan.

Participate in the negotiation and signing process of important customers.
