A production Supervisor is required for a FMCG company in Tanzania Dar-es-Salaam, East Africa.
We are required CVs from all over Pakistan.
- Hands on experience in recipes for confectionary products.
- Quantitative analysis of recipes.
- Preparation of daily production reports.
- Preparation of Actual Vs BGT analysis of quantity.
- Managing employees and planning production as per demand.
- Managing and planning deployment of the workforce on relevant machines to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
- Maintenance of speed vs accuracy.
- Preparation of daily attendance reports and overtime hrs.
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation/Master in food technology.
- Food industry (Confectionary) experience of 4-5 years.
- Excellence in MS excel.
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
- Experience of data entry in ERP-related software. E.g. BusyWin
