Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 3–7 years in proposal or project engineering for wastewater treatment.
Skills: Cost estimation, bid preparation, technical documentation, and AutoCAD proficiency
