You will be responsible for overseeing office administration and coordinating recruitment processes, particularly focusing on scheduling and managing interviews for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Coordinate and schedule individual interviews with candidates for international job placements.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for candidate profiles and recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist in the hiring process by ensuring all necessary interviews and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Handle office communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless operations.

Provide administrative support to senior management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • 2-3 Prior experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
