Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls professionally and provide customers with information, assistance, and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Accurately document call details and update customer information in our systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability: Must be able to work full-time night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
  • Professional Attitude: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different customer personalities.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
