Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls with confidence and clear communication
Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance customer engagement
Address customer queries and provide information in a friendly, professional manner
Accurately document customer interactions and update records
Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall team goals

Requirements:

Intermediate education or recent graduate preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
Excellent listening skills and empathy in customer interactions
Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
