We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and create compelling content. In this role, you will develop engaging posts, manage content calendars, and oversee our brand’s presence on various social platforms. You will also write high-quality content for blogs, ads, and newsletters, ensuring consistency and creativity across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor trends and performance analytics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Content Planning & Scheduling: Manage the content calendar to ensure timely posts and campaigns. Plan and execute seasonal or promotional content strategies.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, fostering positive community relationships. Drive engagement through polls, contests, and user-generated content.
Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize content for better reach and engagement. Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content writing.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics.
Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
