An Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the storage, tracking, and distribution of chocolate products. Some key duties include:

Inventory tracking: Accurately count and record chocolate stock levels, including raw materials and finished products.
Order management: Coordinate with suppliers to order raw materials and packaging materials, and manage relationships with distributors.
Stock optimization: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure adequate stock for production and sales.
Warehouse management: Oversee the organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and handling of inventory.
Quality control: Monitor inventory for quality issues, such as expired or damaged products, and implement procedures to prevent contamination.
Shipping and receiving: Manage the receipt and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
Inventory reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, stock values, and inventory turnover to management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, such as traceability and recall procedures.
Cost control: Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Team management: Supervise and train inventory staff, promoting a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
