We're looking for an experienced motivated and customer-oriented Travel Agent to work with us in Lahore.

Excellent customer service, helping clients plan and book their travel needs, and guaranteeing a hassle-free and easy trip are the main responsibilities of the perfect applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with flight inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide detailed information about flight options, including schedules, prices, and airline policies.
Process flight bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and customer preferences.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to flight bookings promptly.
Stay updated with airline regulations, travel restrictions, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance customer experience.
