We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience, possess a strong personality, and be adept at managing social media platforms and coordinating photoshoots. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement on various platforms.
Photoshoot Coordination: Plan and manage photoshoots, ensuring visual content aligns with the brand’s image and marketing goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the brand.
Analytical Skills: Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing concepts clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, social media, and content creation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
