Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for brochures, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand strategy.
Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines across all materials.
Prepare and optimize design files for production and digital platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
