We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our Nursing College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, academic direction, and administrative oversight of the college, including managing faculty and staff, maintaining quality standards, promoting student success, and cultivating partnerships with healthcare organizations and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and direction to the college,ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and strategic goals.
Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum policies, and programs that meet national and international standards for nursing education.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff members who are committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging best practices, emerging trends, and technology to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for students.
Ensure effective management of resources, including budget, facilities, equipment, and technology, to support the college's mission and goals.
Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with healthcare organizations, government agencies, professional associations, and other stakeholders to enhance the college's reputation and impact in the community.
Engage in fundraising and development activities to secure resources for the college's programs and initiatives.
Represent the college to internal and external audiences, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and the media.

Qualifications:

A degree in Masters in sciences of Nursing or a related field from a recognized institution.
At least 3 years of experience in nursing education, with a track record of success in academic leadership roles.
Current nursing license of Pakistan Nursing council (PNC).
Experience in curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes.
Strong understanding of nursing education trends, issues, and challenges, and the ability to respond with creativity and innovation.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic planning, team building, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing education and practice.
