• Provide technical assistance to Google users or clients for various Google products (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through email, phone, chat, or in-person support.
  • Document solutions and troubleshoot steps in a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Deliver training programs for Google products to internal teams, clients, and users.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and documentation to assist users in understanding and utilizing Google’s products.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions tailored to different levels of expertise.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience through personalized support and proactive issue resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
