We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our product listings, online store operations, and digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be familiar with platforms like Daraz, Alibaba, and Shopify, and be capable of optimizing product visibility and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online listings on Daraz, Alibaba, Amazon, and other platforms.
Coordinate product uploads, images, pricing, and descriptions.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and order processing.
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers.
Track stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics team.
Analyze competitor listings and adjust strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Alibaba, Amazon, etc.)
Understanding of online sales strategies, product listing, and pricing techniques
Familiar with inventory coordination and order fulfillment workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of online advertising tools and sales performance tracking
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with Shopify or WordPress (plus point)
