Requirements:- Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
