We would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturers and exporters of Surgical Bleached Absorbent Cotton (Uncarded), Yarns & 100% Cotton Nonwoven Fabrics for medical and health-care purpose. We belong to a 100% export oriented family owned group dealing in TEXTILES since 1947 and in exports since 1956.
IHSAN continues keeping its commitments by adding another new and original concept of producing hydro-entangled Non-Woven fabrics from 100% Cotton Bleached. The nonwoven hydro-entangled fabrics are made from 100% Cotton to carter to manufacturers of medical and baby wipes. The unit is operational now with highly sophisticated technology incorporated from Fleissner as well as Trutzschler and Spinnbau. The equipment is able to make fabrics weighting from 30 to 70gsm in widths up to 2 meters. The annual capacity of the new line is estimated at 3000 tons. Among the benefits of making wet wipes with cotton spunlace fabric compared to synthetic materials, are: 100% biodegradability, environmental friendliness, excellent absorbency, superb natural feel, high wet strength, excellent marketability and softness, bulkiness and flexibility.
We understand the requirements of our customer abroad due to which products manufactured by our Group are appreciated around the World, spreading from USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Far East, including Australia to New Zealand. We have set up a most modern automatic and computerized Bleaching Plant outside Lahore, imported from Germany. Our Laboratory is equipped with up to date modern testing equipments and our personnel have been trained from qualified chemical engineers from Germany. IHSAN has also obtained ISO 9001 and OEKO-Tex Standard 100 in Product Class 1, for Bleached Absorbent Cotton and Yarns. This confirms to our customers that our products are tested for harmful substances. We are bleaching with Hydrogen Peroxide only and strictly as per British Pharmaceutical Code (BPC) and ECC Pharmaceutical Code.
In 1985, IHSAN set up a Glove Knitting Unit. Now we have 250 Machines of 7, 10, 13, 15 gauge and are knitting for Hardware, Industrial and Fashion retail stores.

IHSAN Cotton Products (Pvt.) Ltd. is a 100% export oriented house of IHSAN. In 1992, the company ventured into mainstream textile spinning unit. Following IHSAN?S tradition of making value added products, 1996 saw great expansion in production with the addition of two brand new for Autocoros having a capacity of 1512 high speed rotors. This unit grew further in 2001 with the addition of three Autocoros and the number of high-speed rotors was raised to 2664. In 2003, the latest version of Autocoro 312 was installed with foreign fiber yarn detection. The only one of its kind in Pakistan running at 150000 RPM, for spinning Ne 20/s up to 40/s with the facility of spinning slub and fancy yarns. In 2004, additional machines were added to spin blended yarns, such as poly cotton, poly viscose, cotton acrylic besides bleached & dyed yarns for knitting & weaving applications, bringing the total number of rotors to 3720.
Ihsan have also started the Household Cleaning Division by installing the latest equipment for spinning Mop yarns & equipment for making Mops, Stockinette, Dish cloth, Dusters, Oven Gloves, exporting entire production to U.K., U.S.A & Canada to customer?s satisfaction.

Further to IHSAN?S value addition and diversification policy, Ihsan Raiwind Mills (Pvt.) Ltd., set up in 2003. A brand new unit, specializing in 100% Raw Cotton Coarse count , Ring Spun yarns, from Ne 4/s up to Ne 12/s with facility of double /multiple plied yarns for weaving and knitting, carpets and industrial use. The unit consists of highly advanced German Technology considering the requirements of spinning coarse count equipped with slub / fancy and lycra devices from Italy and Spain.
The unit has brought new trend in the Textile industry of Pakistan being run by highly professional and experienced staff with state of the Art Laboratory having HVI tester for Cotton and UT4 equipment. The unit is currently exporting 100% of its production to Far East, Europe, USA, Middle East and enjoys a reputation backed by firm commitment to deliver on time with consistent quality.
