Kashmir Education Foundation (KEF) was founded in 1996 by Maj. Gen (Retd) M.R. Khan. It emphasizes on Quality Education in rural areas of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. It currently has 3 schools and 2 colleges in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.
