Project Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Software Development and Digital Marketing teams. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, executing projects and ensuring timely completion of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Managers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate project meetings and conferences
Proven track record on building and running eCommerce and experience with Google Shop, SEO and online marketing for software house.
Must have knowledge of Web development, Digital Marketing and Business Development
Prepare and distribute project materials, agendas, and minutes
Liaise between project team members and external partners
Manage project documentation and version control
Track project progresses, identify and mitigate risks
Coordinate task assignments and deadlines
Monitor and report project status
Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports
Managing team of software developers
Experience with Upwork and freelancers
Experience in E-Commerce Solutions and E-Commerce Shop
Experience working with Google Merchant, Google Shop, SEO Tools and strategy.
Proven track record working with a software house
Able to handle multiple tasks at a time

Requirements:

1 – 2 years of experience as project coordinator or related role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficient in project management tools

Skills:

Web Development, Digital Marketing, Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, Communication, Report Analysis etc.
