Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients in the USA for BPO services, utilizing various platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their outsourcing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed project proposals, service agreements, and cost estimates in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on USA market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, progress, and close deals using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with potential clients to secure contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure alignment on project requirements and client expectations.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly sales performance updates, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualification:

Business Graduate

Experience:

2-3 Years of Experience in BPO / Call Center Industry preferred
