Effective stakeholder management to maintain product quality as per set standards.
To ensure training and development of QA team to enhance their productivity.
Good command on Denim Fabric Processes from Yarn till Grading.
Knowledge of Lab Certification.
Manage different brand’s testing requirements.
Coordinate with external labs regarding for on time testing of fabric & garment.
Ensure on time maintenance and service and calibration of testing machines and equipment.
Develop, communicate and maintain quality assurance plans
Knowledge of ISO-17025 lab standard for competence of testing and calibration laboratories
Fabric & Garment testing as per ISO, AATCC & ASTM test methods.
