Hotel Manager

We are hiring a Hotel Manager for our luxury boutique hotel in Lahore’s historic area. We are looking for someone who can manage guest services, staff, and day-to-day hotel operations with professionalism and care.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, housekeeping, and guest check-ins/check-outs
Maintain room quality, cleanliness, and service standards
Supervise hotel staff and handle scheduling
Handle guest feedback, reservations, and online platforms
Coordinate with senior management and report performance

Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality or Business preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of hotel or guesthouse management experience
Excellent communication in English and Urdu
Must be responsible, confident, and detail-oriented
Open to all genders
