1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR and training roles, with a track record of managing successful training programs and HR initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
