Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to promote our website development and social media management services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers interested in enhancing their online presence through our services.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each customer, highlighting the benefits of our website and social media services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with potential clients for our sales team to discuss their specific needs in detail.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and close sales.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, call dialing, or sales, particularly in the digital services sector (website design, social media management).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and experience using call-dialing software.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
