Accounts Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing support in financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and in-depth knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare, review, and file tax returns (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.) in compliance with local regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of Three years of experience in accounting, with expertise in tax regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
