Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and attend to visitors, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Professionally handle and efficiently answer queries from walk-in visitors.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of visitors to the institute.
- Manage and respond to incoming queries via emails and social media.
- Follow up on warm leads to encourage enrollment in courses.
- Strategically focus on converting leads and inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales and customer engagement activities.
