We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative - Twitter / Discord to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leveraging social platforms, primarily Twitter and Discord, to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers on Twitter and Discord, driving conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant Discord communities and Twitter discussions to build relationships and promote products/services.
  • Sales Outreach: Utilize direct messaging (DM) strategies and public posts to communicate with potential clients, highlighting the value of our offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring follow-ups and timely responses.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for commission incentives.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to share customer feedback and improve overall sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Regularly update sales metrics, performance, and customer feedback to sales management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in social media platforms like Twitter and Discord.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media sales techniques and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Base Salary: Dependent on meeting sales targets (negotiable).
  • Commission: 12% to 22% based on sales performance. Higher commission tiers apply when exceeding set targets.
  • Bonuses: Potential for bonuses based on exceptional performance.
  • Growth Opportunities: Potential for a salary increase of 30% or more within 3 months based on performance. High achievers will be fast-tracked for leadership roles and additional responsibilities as the team grows.
