The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical content and conducting research for our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and blogs.
Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to researching and analyzing technical topics, working with subject matter experts to create content, and producing high-quality written materials that are easy to understand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical content writing and research
- Experience in a technical industry, preferably in the IT sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
