As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
- Present and promote our products/services to potential and existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
