We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager with expertise in operations and recruitment to lead our human resources functions for a USA-based digital marketing campaign. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage HR operations, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for digital marketing roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as SEO specialists, PPC experts, content marketers, social media managers, and sales representatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill vacancies efficiently.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage HR processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
Implement policies that enhance productivity and maintain a positive work culture.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
Develop and execute engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
Oversee performance evaluations, set KPIs, and ensure regular feedback cycles.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Workforce Management for USA Campaign:
Oversee shift scheduling and ensure seamless operations during 6 PM – 3 AM PKT working hours.
Maintain an efficient work environment tailored to USA business hours and market demands.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on operations and recruitment in the digital marketing industry.
Proven expertise in hiring for USA-based digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and fast-paced operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling night-shift teams and aligning HR processes with international standards.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
